Cancellation Policy & Shipping Address Integrity
- Address Inaccuracy Disclaimers: No refunds or credits will be issued to consumers if a shipment is lost, misdelivered, or delayed because an inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid shipping address was provided at checkout. If the carrier explicitly marks your package as “delivered,” it is your absolute responsibility to contact your domestic courier services directly to rectify any missing parcel disputes.
Returns Framework for Items Purchased Under Promotional Discounts
- Hygiene Seals Policy: Due to the physical functionality of the Froza AC unit (which uses water-based evaporative cooling technology), units that have been filled with water, used, or had their protective hygienic security seals broken cannot be accepted for return or refund due to health protection guidelines.
- Promotional Package Returns: If you purchased a bundle deal (such as the 2x Froza AC Promotional Package), you must return all items included in that specific bundle in their unmodified, original packaging to receive a corresponding credit.
- Non-Refundable Fees: When a return is authorized, inspected, and approved by the fulfillment facility, the original purchase price will be credited back to your original payment method, minus a fixed €5.00 handling fee. Any original base shipping costs, priority shipping upgrades, or optional extended item protection insurance fees are strictly non-refundable.
