Important Disclosure (Authorized Reseller Statement): This Site operates strictly as an independent Authorized Distribution and Resale Channel (Professional Affiliate) for the official product manufacturer and brand owners. We operate on a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) model where you, the user, are recognized exclusively as the final consumer. By purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge that your order will be fulfilled and shipped directly by our verified, contracted primary suppliers and official logistics hubs.

By accessing this Site and/or purchasing anything from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Shipping, Delivery Timelines, and Order Changes

  • Standard Shipping Window: We make every effort to ensure your order arrives swiftly. The estimated delivery timeline for orders bound to Germany and Austria is 7 to 10 working days from the date of confirmation. In external situations beyond our control (such as seasonal customs delays or carrier bottlenecks), delivery may take up to 30 days.
  • Order Modification and Address Verification Window: It is your responsibility to provide a complete, current, and accurate shipping address. If we detect an incomplete or incorrect address, we will hold your order for up to 25 days while we contact you via email to verify the details. If a valid shipping address is not confirmed within this 25-day window, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we are unable to deliver to packing stations (Packstationen) or PO boxes.

Reverse Logistics and Return Processing

  • Return Window: You have a strict 30-day window from the original physical receipt date of your package to initiate a return request. Any request made after 30 days will be systematically denied.
  • Return Costs and Logistics Hubs: All reverse logistics arrangements, tracking responsibilities, and associated shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns must be dispatched using a valid tracking number to our designated, partner-operated logistics centers (such as our local fulfillment hubs or international carrier networks like 4PX) as instructed by our support team.
  • Processing Fees: A flat handling and processing fee of €5.00 will be deducted from your final approved refund amount.
